How journaling can help you Find Your Bliss

The absolutely lovely podcast host Arroe Collins and I go into full cyberspeed on his podcast “Like It’s Live” to discuss creative journaling to help you achieve your goals. Arroe is bold and engaging and outspoken — and definitely in the right business in radio — and we discuss the art of daily journaling and how it can help you increase your creativity and manifesting of your desires.

We jump right in without any pre-podcast banter and we delve deep into my new book Big Wild Love. Arroe and I discuss how paramount it is to show up in the world for ourselves and decide what we stand for, rather than showing up for everyone else.

In addition to his smooth brilliance on his podcast, Arroe has found a side gig in a movie theater to “sharpen his people skills” (the radio business can be quite isolating), and he shares some hilarious, yet tender heart-warming stories.

If you’re a creative soul, Arroe’s journaling will resonate with you, possibly inspiring you to pick up the habit as well. These creative impulses and practices can help you create that important conversation with yourself that can actually bring about change within you. If we remember that our beliefs create our reality, then daily journaling can be a step in the right direction.

I won’t share everything with you here. Arroe is hilarious and joyful, and at times vulnerable and wise. Have a listen to our conversation and learn that heartbreak is not a sentence, and even if you strike out more than you hit, you can still find blissful love.
